About "Only One", "Neorago", and "Cintaku Kamu" Song

1. Pernah dengar Only One-nya Yellowcard?



Pertama kali dengar, umur gw baru 16 tahun..
Yep, totally an "ababil"..
Dan tanpa butuh waktu lama, gw langsung jatuh cinta setengah mati sama lagu itu, dan juga jatuh hati dengan Yellowcard.

Secara dangkal, lagu ini bercerita tentang "kasih tak sampai" seorang cowo terhadap gadis pujaannya.
Akibat "bad timing" atau emang ga takdir, mereka berdua ga bisa bersama lagi.
Lalu, Si Cowo sambil patah hati bilang...

Waktu SMA, gw termewek-mewek mendengarkan lagu ini.
Waktu itu gw berpikir, "Duh, kasiyan banget niy cowo.. Hix.. Bener-bener kisah cinta yang tragis".

Kemudian..
Waktu kuliah, gw disadarkan oleh partner gw tentang "sisi brengsek" lagu ini.
Menurutnya, cowo pemeran utama di lagu ini bertingkah seenak jidat.
Pasalnya, dia "menyilakan" cewe pujaan-nya untuk pergi mencari cowo lain, namun dia masih mengingatkan tuh cewe bahwa, "Loe tuh satu-satunya bagi gw...Tapi ya sudahlah, silakan pergi mencari cinta sejatimu.."
Soalnya Yellowcard bilang...

Dan akhirnya, 8 tahun kemudian..
Gw punya pemahaman gw sendiri tentang lagu ini.
Mungkin bisa dibilang dari sisi yang lebih positif..



2. Neorago (It's You) dari Super Junior..



Boyband ini bukanlah kesukaan gw (ga tahan liat badan cowo yang tipis-tipis gini (mirip papan buat nyuci))..
TAPI.
Saat pertama kali mendengar Neorago yang dinyanyikan oleh partner, gw langsung merinding.
Music video-nya juga buaguus bangget. Gw menilainya dari sudut pandang objektif, lho..

Tema lagunya mirip dengan Only One, hanya saja Neorago lebih polos dan tulus, juga lebih mengarah ke forbidden love gitu sih..

Misalnya waktu SuJu bilang,
"..Imi noneun dareun saranghaet kkaetjiman
Nohl chilsuga obseo dashi dolikilsu obseo oh.."
Yang artinya kira-kira "meskipun loe sudah menemukan yang lain, gw tetep menyayangi loe.."

Lalu..
"...Keu nuga nuga mworaedo naneun sangwan obdago
Keu nuga nuga yokhaedo nomanbarabun dago
Na dashi taeor nandedo ojik nobbunirago
Jakku jakku shigani heullodo.."
Yang terjemahan lepasnya kira-kira "Apapun yang terjadi, meskipun dikutuk orang, meskipun gw terlahir kembali, tetap hanya loe yang gw cintai.."

3. Cintaku Kamu-nya Dhisa.. 



Merupakan lagu cantik yang dinyanyikan oleh penyanyi yang cantik..
Musiknya sederhana, sehingga makin menonjolkan lirik lagunya yang jujur namun tetap mendalam.
Misalnya saat dia bilang..
"...Ku sadari meski bintang bersinar di langit indah
Aku tak akan mampu menggapai sinarnya
Dirimu kan selalu di sana dengannya
Takkan berubah meski cintaku kamu.."


Nah.. Inilah interpretasi sederhana gw mengenai tema ketiga lagu di atas.
Only One, meskipun mungkin dibuat untuk menutupi kebrengsekan seorang cowo, tetap memiliki nilai positif. Demikian juga kedua lagu berikutnya.
Setelah menjadi lebih matang, gw baru paham mengenai perasaan ini.
Kira-kira bisa dideskripsikan seperti ini.
....
"Saya mencintai kamu apa adanya.
Di kehidupan yang sekarang, sebelumnya, ataupun yang mendatang (jika memang ada).
Tetapi..
Jika saya memaksakan untuk menunjukkan rasa ini, tentu akan menyulitkan kamu.
Jika saya memaksakan untuk memiliki kamu, tentu banyak orang yang akan terluka.
Di sisi lain, jika saya memaksakan diri untuk melupakan kamu, saya hanya akan menjadi orang munafik yang berwajah masam.


Jadi, yang bisa saya lakukan hanyalah ikhlas dan tawakal.
Saya mengikhlaskan bahwa saya mencintai kamu seperti ini apa adanya.
Dengan demikian, saya tidak akan membenci diri sendiri karena mencintai kamu.
Saya juga tidak peduli apakah kamu membenci saya, mengabaikan saya, atau mungkin kamu juga menyimpan perasaan yang sama.

Man who claimed that love song = bullshit, IS NOT a "real" man.

Tulisan ini terinspirasi dari sebuah billboard rokok yang superbesar di seberang Metropolitan Mal Bekasi.
Di sana tertulis "Gak omong kosong, kecuali waktu nyanyi love song" atau semacam itulah..

Sepersekian detik otak gw memproses kalimat tersebut, dan akhirnya sampailah gw pada 1 kesimpulan.
Bagian periklanan produk rokok yang bikin kalimat itu kemungkinan seorang 'caveman' atau 'misanthropist'. Atau mungkin dia sekadar memaksakan rima "ong" di slogan tersebut..?
Whatever, deh..
Yang jelas, saya (sebagai seniman) menjamin bahwa tidak ada love song yang omong kosong.
Yang ada hanyalah love song yang picisan bin murahan ATAU love song yang cerdas.

Gw tidak akan lari dari kenyataan bahwa sekitar tahun 2005-2009, ada masanya gw sangat anti-lagu cinta..
Kenapa ya, alasannya?
Mungkin karena terlalu banyak (secara tak sengaja) mendengarkan lagu cinta murahan..(terutama yang made in my own beloved country).

Tetapi kemudian pada tahun 2010-an, gw mulai menyadari.
Bahwa lagu cinta itu tidak pernah berbuat salah sampai harus dijauhi.
Yang salah adalah kemampuan otak si penulis lirik, yang membuat lagu cinta jadi mirip 'tong sampah'.

Sejak saat itu, gw mulai mendengarkan kembali lagu cinta.
Dan bagaikan "pucuk dicinta ulam tiba", seperti mendapatkan ilham, entah bagaimana gw jadi mengerti tentang serba-serbi cinta.

Dan memang, coba diingat-ingat lagi, kalian pasti pernah merasakan berbagai jenis perasaan cinta.
Misalnya, dari fase orok sampai sekarang ini, gw setidaknya sudah merasakan mulai dari cinta monyet alias sesuatu yang mirip crush ringan, crush berat, jatuh cinta pada pandangan pertama, jatuh cinta pada pandangan kedua dan seterusnya, cinta bertepuk sebelah tangan, cinta bertepuk dua tangan, cinta rahasia a.k.a backstreet, cinta yang tidak bisa bersatu (beda tipis sama bertepuk sebelah tangan, tapi menurut gw lebih 'ngenes yang ini), cinta yang destruktif, cinta yang konstruktif, cinta yang 'nyaru jadi rasa benci, rasa benci yang 'nyaru jadi cinta, cinta yang membakar menggelora, cinta yang mendinginkan, cinta yang statis, cinta yang ultradinamis, cinta yang main tangan, cinta yang sangat lembut, cinta segitiga-segiempat-segilima-lingkaran setan, cinta sejati, cinta semu (cuma rasa penasaran doank), cinta yang meneteskan air mata setiap kali mengenangnya, dan..at last, yang menurut gw merupakan level cinta yang paling berat... Cinta yang platonis.

Ayoo..ada lagi ga jenis cinta yang belum disebut???

Oh, iya. Kalian pasti pernah juga merasakan segala efek samping jatuh cinta. Misalnya, deg-degan, tangan keringetan, asam lambung naik sampai trakhea, pucat bak bulan, pengen ee terus, mata kedutan, muka merona, mata berkaca-kaca, perut senep, jantung bagai remuk saat patah hati, ada batu kali di trakhea saat sakit hati, air mata yang terasa panas membakar di pipi, dunia terasa jungkir balik, dan sebagainya.
Sumpah, itu banyak banget..

Nah..apa yang gw coba sampaikan adalah..
Dari semua jenis cinta itu bisa menghasilkan ribuan lagu cinta.
Dari semua efek samping jatuh cinta itu bisa melahirkan lagu yang indah.
Asal dibuat dengan otak yang mumpuni juga, sih..

Gw sungguh tidak habis pikir bagaimana orang bisa bilang love song = omong kosong??
Kalau gw sih, menjamin garansi 100% uang kembali kalau D*S bikin lagu cinta yang tidak "berisi" alias cuma tumpukan sampah kalimat saja.
Gw juga tidak habis pikir, bagaimana seorang musisi bisa mengapresiasikan lagu cinta yang dilandasi omong kosong? Ckckckckckck...Mereka pastinya aktor/aktris yang sangat lihai.

Tuhan YME telah menggariskan bagi kita berbagai perasaan yang campur aduk dan beragam tema kisah cinta. Sayang sekali jika itu disia-siakan..
