Seperti yang sudah pernah gw bahas di bagian "review", ini adalah versi movie dari novel karangan Alice Sebold, yang berjudul The Lovely Bones.
Film ini sangat sesuai cerita aslinya, yaitu bercerita tentang perjalanan Susie Salmon dalam meninggalkan Bumi ini, untuk menuju dunia barunya..


Film ini sangat layak untuk ditonton, tapi ya itu tadiii...
Sebaiknya orang yang mudah sedih jangan nonton sendirian film ini..
Takutnya, mereka bakal ditemukan tewas mengenaskan dalam genangan air matanya sendiri..
Hix..


























Gw merasa akting dari semua pemeran dalam film ini luar biasa.
Dari peran antagonis maupun protagonisnya..
Dann... sinematografi The Lovely Bones ini luar biasa keren, meskipun rada membingungkan bagi penonton yang belum sempet baca bukunya.
Jadi, saran gw sih sebaiknya baca bukunya dulu baru kemudian nonton movienya.

Ternyata sutradara dari The Lovely Bones ini adalah Oom Peter Jackson yang bikin LOTR Trilogy dan District 9 (hooh... ini juga film-film yang kereeen..)!!!
Entah mengapa, banyak jurnal yang menilai film ini hanya "average" saja..
Menurut gw, film ini luar biasa..



Sayangnya, di film ini ga diceritakan beberapa hal penting, seperti perselingkuhan ibunya Susie (Rachel Weisz) dengan detektif yang mengurusi kasus kematian Susie.
Atau bagaimana Buckley tumbuh sebagai bocah lelaki yang pendiam dan rada manja karena pengaruh dari keretakan keluarga Salmon..


Untungnya di film ga diceritakan bagaimana si Ray (cowo yang naksir Susie) akhirnya pacaran dengan Ruth (teman sekelas Susie yang punya indera keenam)..
Soalnya, hal ini bakal bikin penonton makin sedihh..

Dan untungnya, di film ga diceritakan scene pas Susie dibunuh..
Soalnya pasti bakal bikin penonton mual..
(si Susie 'kan dimutilasi... sama Oom-oom sinting pulak..)

Susie Salmon, diperankan oleh Saoirse (a.k.a freedom dalam bahasa Irlandia) Ronan.

Aktris Irlandia yang luar biasa cuantiiiq ini (lihat matanya duunxx..!!) lahir pada tahun 1994..

Saoirse mulai beken setelah main dalam beberapa film seperti City of Ember dan Atonement.
